Playground Buddy Group

Our Playground Buddy Group is here to make sure that everyone feels included and has something to do at break-time. They organise a variety of games and activities for children including parachute games for everyone to take part in.

We also have a Buddy Bench which children who feel a bit left-out or unsure about who or what to play with can go to. Our Buddies keep an eye on the Buddy Bench and will quickly encourage anyone feeling alone to join in with a game and try to make them feel as welcome and included as possible.

Keep and eye out at break time for the Buddy Group fluorescent jackets and if you need a friend you know that they will be there to try and make break time the best that it can be for you.

Our Buddies organise brilliant games-they love setting up parachute games! Can you spot the Buddy on duty? They wear a reflective vest with the sign 'Buddy on duty' on the back so that you can spot them easily on the playground or the field.
